02Why we exist

Lasting change begins with the people who know their communities best.

Grassroots participation brings local knowledge into development. ICIN’s published mission connects advocacy, research, mentorship and capacity building with the health, education and livelihood needs of communities.

03Who we are

Rooted on the Plateau since 2006.

The Integrated Community Development Initiatives of Nigeria is a non-governmental organisation headquartered in Jos, Plateau State. Its programmes span community development, peacebuilding, inclusion, education, healthcare, youth and humanitarian relief.

04Accountability

Development matters.
Evidence matters too.

An activity is only part of the story. Clear records of participation, outcomes, community feedback and lessons learned help make development work understandable and accountable.

Impact indicators belong here only when supported by approved organisational records and a clear reporting method.
